WHAT TYPE OF LAWN SIGNS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer Storks with pink or blue accents, a variety of birthday signs and other special occasion lawn signs.



WHAT CITIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Toronto, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, and most areas in the GTA. A delivery fee will be applied. Please call (905) 864-6555 to find out if we deliver to your city.



WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR LAWN SIGNS?

Birthday or Special Occasion lawn sign rental includes a personalized message of your choice and 10 critters. Lawn Stork rentals come with a personalized baby bundle which includes the baby's name, weight, and date of birth
.



DO YOU PROVIDE BALLOONS WITH YOUR SIGN ORDERS?

Yes. With each sign order, a balloon bouquet with helium-filled balloons is added to all lawn signs during the spring and summer months, weather permitting. Balloons are not added to lawn signs in the winter when the temperature is near or drops below zero. Please note that balloons are not replaced if damaged due weather conditions or any unforeseen incident. If weather is active, we ask you to take down balloons until weather becomes more stable.



WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SIGN?

We ask you to book your all Special Occasion signs as early as possible in order to guarantee your choice. Last minute bookings can be done, but choice of sign can be limited.

Lawn Stork customers can call us by 5 PM daily to guarantee delivery by approximately 9:00am the next morning. That way we can try to deliver the stork before mom and baby come home.



WHEN IS THE SIGN DELIVERED/PICKED UP?

Signs are delivered and picked-up between 9 PM and 9 AM, unless other arrangements are made.



DO YOU DELIVER IN THE WINTER?

Yes. We deliver year round and we will make every effort to deliver your sign, but weather could become active, especially in the winter months, and therefore we will contact the customer and try to make other arrangements if the sign cannot be delivered due to inclement weather.



WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A SIGN FALLS OR IS DAMAGED DUE TO WEATHER?

In the event that weather is active and a lawn sign falls, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation. In most cases we can instruct you on how to put sign back up, if not we will have to return and pick up sign or try to fix on site. Sorry but there are no refunds once the sign is delivered.



DO YOU DELIVER 7 DAYS A WEEK?

Yes. We deliver 7 days a week. Please note we are closed on Statutory Holidays.



WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa or MasterCard. We also accept Cash or Cheque on delivery.
