What type of lawn signs do you offer? TOP
We offer Storks with pink or blue accents, a variety of birthday signs and other occasion lawn signs.
Which cities do you provide free delivery? TOP
We provide free delivery to the Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, Acton, and South Brampton areas.
Do you deliver to other cities, than those stated above? TOP
Yes. We deliver to other cities including Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Maple, etc. A delivery fee will be applied. Please call (905)864-6555 to find out if we deliver to your city.
How much does a Lawn Stork cost? TOP
We have a 1-day, 4-day or 7-day stork rental packages starting from $50.00. Each stork rental comes with a personalized baby bundle which includes, baby's name, weight, and date of birth. Please note baby bundle is not replaced if damaged due weather conditions or any unforeseen incident. If weather is active, we ask you to take down baby bundle until weather becomes more stable.
How much does a Birthday Sign sign cost? TOP
Our all occasion signs are $75.00 for a 1-day rental and each additional day is an extra $10.00 up to 3 consecutive days. Each sign includes a personalized message of your choice and 10 critters. Additional critters are $0.50 each.
Do you provide balloons with your signs? TOP
Yes. We add air filled balloons to signs during the spring and summer months (pending weather). Unfortunately, due to winter weather conditions we disable this service from December thru to February. Please note that balloons are not replaced if damaged due weather conditions or any unforeseen incident. If weather is active, we ask you to take down balloons until weather becomes more stable.
When should I book my lawn sign? TOP
We ask you to book your all occasion sign as early as possible in order to guarantee your choice. Last minute bookings can be done, but choice of sign can be limited.
Stork sign customers can call us by 4pm daily to guarantee delivery by approximately 9:00am the next morning. That way we can try to deliver sign before mom and baby come home.
When is sign delivered/picked-up? TOP
Signs are delivered and/or picked up between the approximate hours of 9:00pm and 9:00am nightly.
Do you deliver in the winter? TOP
Yes. We deliver year round and make every effort to deliver your sign, but weather could become active (especially in the winter months), therefore we will contact customer and try to make other arrangements.
What happens if a lawn sign falls or is damaged due to weather? TOP
In the event that weather is active and lawn sign falls, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation. In most cases we can instruct you on how to put sign back up, if not we will have to return and pick up sign or try to fix on site. No refunds will be given.
Do you deliver every day of the week? TOP
Yes. We deliver 7 days a week. Please note we are closed on statutory holidays.
What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. Cash or Cheque on delivery.
